The current openings at IBA Karachi are structured across three distinct tiers of professional responsibility. The Leadership and Management tier focuses on strategic heads who will lead departments like the Career Development Center (CDC) and Financial Assistance, driving the institute’s external industry relations and donor management. The Assistant Manager and Coordinator tier serves as the operational bridge, focusing on business development for executive education and the practical implementation of scholarship policies. Finally, the Executive and Technical roles handle the daily excellence of the campus, ranging from HR and talent hunt programs for underprivileged students to specialized IT support for the university’s ERP systems.
