📋 Positions Available

The 2026 project cycle focuses on the following technical and field execution roles:

1. Technical & Engineering Support

Quantity Surveyor (QS): Responsible for material calculations, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and subcontractor billing.
SDO (Sub-Divisional Officer): Middle management overseeing specific project sections and field schedule alignment.
Sub-Engineer (Civil/Mech/Elec): Direct supervisors for on-site labor and construction activities.
Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator: Technical experts translating engineering sketches into 2D/3D digital drawings.
Lab Technician: Quality control specialists performing soil, concrete, and bitumen testing.

2. Field Operations & Surveying

Surveyor: Professionals using Total Stations and GPS to map land and set precise construction points.
Heavy Machinery Operator: Specialized drivers for Dozers and Excavators (requires HTV License).

🗺️ Locations: Postings are project-based and nationwide. Key deployment areas for 2026 include project sites in Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Dams & Tunnels), and various motorway projects across Punjab and Sindh.

🎓 Requirements and Qualifications📚 Education: Most roles require a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical fields. Clerical/Drafting roles require specific CAD Certifications, while Lab roles may accept a B.Sc in relevant sciences.
🛠️ Experience:Quantity Surveyors: 5–8 years of experience.
Sub-Engineers & Lab Technicians: 2–5 years of field experience.
Machinery Operators: 5+ years of experience with a clean safety record.
🪪 Licenses: A valid Specialized HTV License is mandatory for all machinery operators and heavy transport drivers.
⚙️ Technical Skills: Mastery of tools like Primavera, AutoCAD, Total Station, and knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO testing standards.

⏳ Age Limit

Technical/Junior Staff: 18 to 35 years.
Senior Technical/Specialized Operators: Up to 45 years.
