The Military Engineering Services (MES) is seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) to manage essential administrative and clerical operations. These positions serve as the administrative backbone of the department, involving meticulous record-keeping, file management, and support for engineering projects. While the UDC focuses on supervision and complex drafting, the LDC handles high-volume data entry and routine correspondence, ensuring the smooth functioning of military infrastructure offices across Pakistan.

🎓 Requirements and Qualifications
📚 UDC (BPS-11): Intermediate (FA/FSc/I.Com/ICS). Must complete a 3-week IT course post-selection.
⌨️ LDC (BPS-09): Matriculation (Science/Arts) with a mandatory typing speed of 30 WPM.
🖥️ Technical: Both roles require basic computer literacy and mandatory NITB training during the probation period.

⏳ Age Limit

General Bracket: 18 to 30 years.
Relaxation: Includes the standard 5-year general age relaxation already factored in by the Federal Government (effectively up to 35 for most cases).

2️⃣ Screening Test: A 100-mark MCQ test covering English, IQ, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.

4️⃣ Interview: Personality and communication assessment by the selection board.

5️⃣ Appointment: Selection is based on merit and medical fitness, followed by mandatory NITB IT training.
