📋 Positions Available

M-Cadet (Medical Branch): This is a cadetship position for medical students which leads to a permanent commission as an Acting Surgeon Lieutenant (equivalent to the rank of Captain).
Specializations: Upon successful completion of initial service and training, officers have the opportunity to pursue postgraduate specializations (FCPS/equivalent) in fields such as Surgery, Medicine, Anaesthesiology, and Gynaecology, fully funded by the Pakistan Navy.

🎓 Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for the 11th Batch (2026), candidates must fulfill the following:

📚 Academic Standing: Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of MBBS at a PM&DC recognized government or private medical college.
📝 Academic Record: Must have passed all previous professional MBBS examinations with at least 50% marks in the first attempt.
💍 Marital Status: Both Male and Female citizens are eligible; must be Unmarried.
📏 Physical Standards:
- Height (Male): Minimum 5′ 4″ (162.5 cm).
- Height (Female): Minimum 5′ 0″ (152.4 cm).
- Weight: Proportionate to height according to BMI standards.

⏳ Age Limit

Maximum Age: Up to 26 years as of July 1, 2026.
Note: There is generally no age relaxation for the cadetship phase as it is strictly timed with the completion of the medical degree.

5️⃣ Final Selection Board: Detailed medical examination at PNS Shifa/CMH and a final interview by the Naval Selection Board.
