🎓 Eligibility & Physical Benchmarks

The Punjab Police is strict. If you are even half an inch short, you will be disqualified at the first gate.

📚 Academics: Minimum Matric (50% marks) for Constable roles. Graduation is required for Sub-Inspector (SI) spots.
📏 Male Standards: Height: 5′ 7″ | Chest: 33″–34.5″.
📏 Female Standards: Height: 5′ 2″.
🏃‍♂️ The Run: Males: 1.6 km (1 mile) in 7 mins | Females: 1.6 km (1 mile) in 10 mins.
🏠 Domicile: You must apply in the district listed on your CNIC. No cross-district applications are entertained.

⏳ Age Limits

General: 18 to 22 years.
Relaxation: Upper age limits only apply to retired military personnel or specific auxiliary roles. For fresh field constables, the 22-year cap is usually non-negotiable.

🚀 The Application Process

1️⃣ Get the Form: Download the official application form from punjabpolice.gov.pk or pick one up from your local DPO Office (Police Lines).

2️⃣ Photo Alert: You need 12 passport-sized photos. They MUST have a blue background. White backgrounds are a common reason for rejection.

3️⃣ Documentation: Attach three attested sets of your character certificates, education degrees, and domicile.

4️⃣ Submission: Hand-deliver the form and the Rs. 200/- processing fee at your District Police Lines by January 31, 2026.

5️⃣ The Trials: Measurement and running tests kick off in February. Passing these is the only way to sit for the written exam.
