Officer Grade-III (OG-III) / Mobile Credit Officer (MCO)

The Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is recruiting Officer Grade-III (OG-III) / Mobile Credit Officers (MCO) to act as the primary link between the bank and the rural farming community. These officers are responsible for field-based tasks including identifying potential borrowers, assessing creditworthiness, verifying land documents with revenue authorities, and ensuring the recovery of agricultural loans. As the “face of the bank” in rural Pakistan, MCOs play a critical role in promoting modern farming practices and managing the bank’s agricultural credit portfolio.

🗺️ Locations: Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Candidates are typically posted at one of ZTBL’s 500+ rural or semi-urban branches.

🎓 Requirements and QualificationsAdvertisements
📜 Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Graduate/Master’s degree) from an HEC-recognized university.
📂 Preferred Fields: Agriculture graduates are highly preferred, though degrees in Business, Commerce, Economics, and Finance are also accepted.
📈 Academic Record: Minimum 2.5/4.0 CGPA or 60% marks in the final degree.
🇵🇰 Nationality: Pakistani citizens only (Dual nationality holders are ineligible).
