📜 Requirements & QualificationsAdvertisements
🎓 Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Masters or Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Education Technology.
⚙️ eLearning Team Lead: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including LMS management (Moodle/Totara).
🚀 Training Designer: Minimum 2 years of experience with a foundational understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
🛠️ Core Skills: Proficiency in digital content curation and the ADDIE/SAM instructional design models.

⏳ Age Limit

eLearning Team Lead: Up to 45 years.
Training Designer / Other G-4 & G-2 Roles: Up to 35 years.
