⚔️ Officers (PMA): Intermediate (FA/FSc) with minimum 55% marks.
🏢 Civilians: Varies from Primary/Middle (Support) to Matric/Intermediate (Technical) and Graduation (Data Entry Operators).
📏 Physical Standards:
Height: Minimum 5′ 4″ (162.5 cm) for males; 5′ 0″ to 5′ 2″ for females.
Fitness: Must clear a 1.6 km run, push-ups, sit-ups, and ditch crossing.

⏳ Age Limit

PMA Long Course: 17–22 years (up to 24 for graduates; 25 for serving soldiers).
Soldiers: 17.5 to 23 years.
Civilians: Generally 18 to 30 years (relaxable up to 35 for specific categories).

4️⃣ ISSB/Interview: Officer candidates proceed to a 5-day ISSB assessment; Civilians and Soldiers undergo final interviews and trade tests.

5️⃣ Final Selection: Based on merit and final medical clearance at a Combined Military Hospital (CMH).
