📍 Locations & Total Vacancies

Location: All faculty positions are based at the IBA Karachi campus.
Vacancies: IBA does not provide a fixed number of total vacancies. Recruitment is ongoing and department-specific, based on the academic needs of the three schools. International candidates are welcome and receive support for relocation and visas.

🎓 Requirements and Qualifications (HEC Benchmarks)Advertisements
Lecturer: First-class MS/M.Phil (18 years of education) in the relevant field. No 3rd division in the entire academic career.
Assistant Professor: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Associate Professor: PhD, 10 years of experience, and 10+ research publications (at least 4 in the last 5 years).
Professor: PhD, 15 years of experience, and 15+ research publications (at least 5 in the last 5 years).

⏳ Age Limit

While there is no strict upper age limit stated, candidates must have the required number of years of teaching/research experience specified for each academic rank.
