📋 Job Description

A Cash Officer (also known as a Teller Services Officer) is the face of the branch. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the daily “front-line” financial activities. This includes managing cash deposits and withdrawals, processing utility bill payments, and issuing Pay Orders or Demand Drafts. Beyond just counting money, you will be responsible for ensuring that every transaction follows the rules set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). You will verify CNICs, check signatures to prevent fraud, and help customers understand the bank’s various conventional and Islamic banking products. It is a role that requires great honesty, quick numerical skills, and a friendly attitude toward customers.
