The Pakistan Navy Sailor Batch A-2026 recruitment provides a platform for disciplined individuals to serve in the maritime defense of the nation. Currently in the testing phase for January 2026, the selection process focuses on evaluating the intellectual and physical capabilities of applicants to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of naval life. Successful candidates undergo comprehensive training at PNS Rahbar in Karachi, preparing them for specialized technical and operational roles within the fleet.

🎓 Requirements and QualificationsAdvertisements
📚 Technical/Marine/FMT: Matric Science with a minimum of 60% to 65% marks.
📚 Naval Police/Chef: Matric (Science or Arts) with at least 55% marks.
📏 Physical Standards: Height ranges from 5′ 2″ (FMT) to 5′ 7″ (Naval Police).
💪 Fitness: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes, plus push-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups.

⏳ Age Limit

(Note: Age is calculated as of July 1, 2026)

Technical/FMT: 16 to 20 years.
Marine/Naval Police/Chef: 17 to 21 years.

🚀 Application Process

1️⃣ Phase 1 (Closed): Online registration was completed in December 2025 at joinpaknavy.gov.pk.

2️⃣ Entrance Test (Current): Computer-based Intelligence and Academic (English, Math, Physics, Chemistry) exams.

3️⃣ Physical & Preliminary Medical: Only those who pass the written test are invited for the PET and basic health check.

4️⃣ Final Selection: Includes a detailed interview by the Selection Board and a thorough medical exam at a Naval Hospital.

5️⃣ Induction: Final merit list is published in May/June 2026, with training starting in July.
