The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is recruiting Junior Coaches through ETEA. Seven regular BPS-10 vacancies are available for candidates from the respective merged districts. The positions are connected with sports coaching and require Intermediate education, practical coaching experience and a recognized coaching certificate.
These Junior Coach Jobs are suitable for candidates who have already worked as a coach in a recognized Government, Semi-Government or autonomous organization. Applicants also need a sports achievement at provincial level and the required coaching certification for the game in which they apply.
📌 Available Job Positions
- Position: Junior Coach (BPS-10)
- Total Vacancies: 7
- Districts: Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, North Waziristan and South Waziristan
- Age Limit: 22 to 32 years
- Closing Date: 31 August 2026
Education Requirement
Applicants need at least a second-division Intermediate certificate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board. Candidates should enter the exact Intermediate or equivalent qualification in the application form and keep the result card or certificate ready for document checking.
The education requirement is only one part of eligibility. This is a coaching post, so candidates must also meet the experience, coaching-course and sports-achievement conditions. A person with Intermediate education but no required coaching background should not treat the position as a general entry-level government job.
Coaching Experience
The post requires at least two years of experience as a coach in the relevant game. The experience should come from a recognized Government, Semi-Government or autonomous organization. Applicants should write the organization name, coaching period and sport clearly in their CV.
Experience letters should support the work shown in the application. If a candidate has coached teams, individual athletes or training groups, the CV can briefly explain the level and type of coaching carried out. Keep the wording simple and avoid adding duties that were not part of the actual role.
Coaching Certificate
A relevant coaching-course certificate issued by the Pakistan Olympic Association or Pakistan Sports Federation is required. Candidates should use the certificate that matches the sport for which they are applying.
For cricket, the recruitment requires a Level-I certificate from the Pakistan Cricket Board. Cricket applicants should keep the PCB certification details ready and make sure the certificate information entered in the form is correct.
Sports Achievement Requirement
The eligibility conditions also include a first or second position in the relevant individual sports event or team event at provincial level. The event should be organized by the Pakistan Sports Board or the relevant Provincial Sports Board.
Candidates should keep achievement certificates or supporting records ready. The sport shown in the achievement record should connect with the coaching post. A clear record of the event, position and organizing body can help during document verification.
District Domicile
The seven vacancies are linked with the merged areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Candidates need domicile of the respective district. The listed areas are Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, North Waziristan and South Waziristan.
Enter domicile information exactly as shown on the document. Applicants should apply according to the district and quota conditions attached to the recruitment. If the form asks for district details, choose the correct option rather than a nearby district.
Preparing Your Coaching CV
A coaching CV should start with the sport and current professional background. Add education, coaching certificates, experience and sports achievements in separate sections. This makes it easier to check whether the applicant meets all parts of the eligibility criteria.
Under work experience, mention the organization, role, sport and employment period. Under certifications, write the course name and issuing body. Sports achievements should include the event and position. Keep the CV short enough that these important details remain easy to find.
ETEA Registration and Fee
The application is completed online through ETEA. Candidates need an ETEA account and should complete the required CNIC verification process. After the online form is submitted, a deposit slip is generated with the required payment information.
The prescribed test fee can be paid through Easypaisa or UBL according to the options provided in the ETEA system. Keep the original payment record safe. Candidates should also keep the same active mobile number because recruitment updates and roll-number information may be sent through SMS.
Documents for Later Stages
Keep CNIC, domicile, Intermediate certificate, coaching-course certificate, coaching experience letters and sports-achievement records ready. Government employees should also be prepared to provide the required departmental NOC at the relevant recruitment stage.
Make sure the names, dates and qualification information match across the application and documents. Small differences in personal or employment information can create problems during scrutiny.
How to Apply for Junior Coach Jobs via ETEA
Open the ETEA application portal, sign in and select the Director Sports Merged Areas recruitment project.
