NCCIA Jobs 2026 – 351 Sub Inspector, ASI, Constable and Other Vacancies

National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency has announced a large federal recruitment drive for candidates across Pakistan. The current NCCIA Jobs include investigation, technical, clerical and field positions from BS-05 to BS-14. A total of 351 vacancies are included, giving Matric, Intermediate and graduate-level candidates different routes to apply according to their education and skills.

The recruitment includes Sub Inspector, Technical Assistant, Stenotypist, Upper Division Clerk, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable and Constable Driver. About NCCIA

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency works under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Its work is connected with cyber crime investigations, digital forensics, online financial crime, cyber security and prosecution support. NCCIA operates through regional offices in different parts of Pakistan and deals with offences that involve digital systems, online platforms, electronic evidence and technology-based criminal activity.

This recruitment includes both specialist and general law-enforcement positions. Technical graduates can look at Sub Inspector or Technical Assistant depending on their education and experience. Sub Inspector Eligibility and Role Fit

Sub Inspector is one of the larger graduate-level positions in this recruitment, with 48 vacancies. The education requirement is focused on technology and cyber-related disciplines, including Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, Telecom or Electrical Engineering and Data Science.

Candidates should make the exact degree title easy to find on the application. If the degree is an Associate Degree or four-year BS programme, enter the full qualification and institution name. Applicants from technical fields should also keep transcripts and HEC-related education records ready for later document checking.

The position is linked with investigation work, so candidates should also be prepared for the physical standards attached to uniformed posts. Technical education alone does not remove the physical requirement where the advertisement applies it to the position.

Technical Assistant Requirements

Technical Assistant is designed for candidates who already have relevant technical education and post-qualification experience. The accepted study areas include Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, Telecom/Electrical Engineering and Data Science.

The three-year experience condition is important. Applicants should calculate experience after completing the qualification used for eligibility. The CV should clearly show employer names, job titles, employment periods and technical responsibilities. Experience with cyber security, networks, digital forensics, software, telecom systems, data work or other relevant technical functions can be highlighted where it forms part of the candidate’s actual background.

Avoid listing every software tool you have heard of. It is better to show the systems, technologies and technical duties you can explain during a test or interview.

Stenotypist Requirements

Stenotypist is an Intermediate-level position that requires practical shorthand and typing ability. The minimum shorthand speed is 80 words per minute and typing speed is 40 words per minute. Computer literacy is also required.

Candidates interested in this post should practise both shorthand and typing before the recruitment tests. Office software, document formatting and accurate typing are useful because stenography work normally involves preparing written material from dictation and handling routine office documentation.

Applicants should not rely only on an Intermediate certificate. The skill requirement is a major part of the post, so candidates should be comfortable demonstrating the required speed.

Upper Division Clerk – UDC

UDC is another Intermediate-level route. Six positions are included. The selected candidates will need to complete a three-week Basic IT Training Course that includes Microsoft Office and is conducted by the National Information Technology Board within the required period after appointment.

The job is suitable for candidates who can handle office records, files, routine correspondence and computer-based clerical work. If you already have experience with Word, Excel, email, data entry or record management, include it in the CV where applicable. Keep typing and computer skills realistic because clerical recruitment can include practical assessment.

Assistant Sub Inspector – ASI

Assistant Sub Inspector has 36 vacancies and requires a recognized Bachelor’s, BA/BS or post-Intermediate Associate Degree with the required academic standard. This is a uniformed field position, so the recruitment includes physical conditions in addition to education.

ASI applicants should prepare for a process that can test physical fitness as well as written ability. A graduate applying for this post should therefore check both academic and physical eligibility before paying the application fee.

The role can involve support for investigation, field duties, information collection and other law-enforcement responsibilities. Candidates should keep their documents, domicile and identification information accurate throughout the application process.

Constable Jobs

Constable is the largest category in the recruitment with 174 vacancies. The minimum education is second-class Matriculation from a recognized board. This makes the post accessible to candidates who do not hold a university degree but meet the age, domicile and physical requirements.

Constable applicants should pay particular attention to physical preparation. Education is only one part of eligibility. Candidates who fail the required physical measurement or endurance stage may not move forward to the computer-based testing stage.

Use the same name, CNIC information, date of birth and domicile details across the form and supporting documents. Any difference should be corrected before recruitment verification wherever possible.

Constable Driver Jobs

Constable Driver has 64 vacancies. In addition to Matriculation, applicants need valid Motorcycle and LTV driving licences from a licensing authority in Pakistan. The candidate should be capable of driving cars and light vehicles and should understand basic vehicle maintenance.

Applicants should check that their licences are valid and that the licence category meets the requirement. Driving experience should be written clearly in the CV if the form asks for it. Knowledge of routine vehicle checks, safe driving and basic maintenance can be relevant during the recruitment process.

Physical Standards for Uniformed Posts

Physical requirements apply to relevant uniformed posts such as Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable and Constable Driver. Male candidates require a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches, while female candidates require a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches. The male chest requirement is 33 inches with expansion to 34½ inches.

The endurance test requires candidates to complete a one-mile or 1.6-kilometre run. Male candidates need to complete the run in 7 minutes and female candidates in 10 minutes. Candidates should prepare gradually and safely rather than starting intense running immediately before the test.

Physical standards are separate from age relaxation. The recruitment instructions state that relaxation is not provided in the lower age limit, physical measurements or endurance test requirements.

Age Relaxation

The advertised basic age range for the listed positions is 18 to 25 years. Eligible candidates can receive age relaxation under the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts rules, including the general relaxation allowed under federal recruitment rules.

Applicants who claim an additional category-based relaxation should keep supporting documents ready. The date of birth entered in the form should match the CNIC and education records.

Provincial and Regional Quotas

Vacancies are distributed under open merit and regional quotas. The advertisement includes allocations for Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan depending on the position.

Prepare CNIC, domicile, education certificates, degree or transcript records, relevant experience certificates and recent photographs. Technical Assistant applicants should make sure post-qualification experience can be supported with proper employment documents. Driver applicants should keep the required driving licences ready.
