HR Specialist – Payroll, HRIS & HR Operations
The HR Specialist will manage payroll processing and support daily HR operations. The work includes maintaining accurate employee records in the HR Information System, checking attendance and leave information, coordinating payroll activity and helping resolve employee payroll questions. Accuracy is important because payroll and employee records affect both staff and finance processes.
The role also includes coordination with Finance and other departments. The selected person may prepare regular reports using HRIS tools and Microsoft Excel, support onboarding and documentation, and assist during internal or external HR audits. Employee information must be handled carefully because payroll and HR records contain confidential data.
Candidates should show practical experience with payroll, HRIS, employee data and HR operations. If you have managed attendance records, leave balances, salary processing, onboarding documents or payroll reports, place these duties under the correct employer. Do not fill the CV with general HR statements that do not explain what you actually handled.
Talent Acquisition, Performance & OD Role
The Specialist / Assistant Manager position combines recruitment with performance management and organizational development. The selected person will support talent acquisition planning, manage recruitment processes through an Applicant Tracking System and work with departments to understand staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
The role also includes performance-management systems, employee engagement, learning and development and organizational-development activities. Candidates should be comfortable working with HR data and preparing reports or presentations for management. Knowledge of labour laws and internal HR policies is useful because recruitment and employee-management processes need to follow proper rules.
This vacancy is a good match for HR professionals who have handled end-to-end recruitment and also worked on performance or employee-development projects. When preparing the CV, separate recruitment work from performance-management or OD responsibilities so the recruiter can quickly understand the range of your experience.
Specialist – Visual Communications
The Visual Communications role is based in Lahore and focuses on graphic design and brand communication. The person will create presentations, advertisements, social media graphics and corporate materials for different communication needs. A strong portfolio is important because the role requires proof of practical design ability rather than education alone.
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are important tools for this position. Candidates should also understand typography, colour theory, layout and visual storytelling. Photo editing and digital illustration form part of the work, while video graphics or video editing can add value to the profile.
The selected person will manage several design projects and work with stakeholders to understand requirements. Applicants should show examples of corporate design, campaign graphics, social content, presentations or other professional work in their portfolio. Keep portfolio links working and make sure the examples represent your own contribution.
Skills to Highlight
HR Specialist applicants should focus on payroll management, HRIS, employee records, compliance, Microsoft Excel and HR operations. Talent Acquisition candidates should show recruitment strategy, ATS use, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement and stakeholder coordination. Visual Communications applicants should focus on Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, layout, typography, visual storytelling and project management.
For all three jobs, communication and attention to detail are useful. The strongest CV will be the one that matches the selected role instead of using one general profile for every vacancy.
