Director – International Cooperation
This role is suitable for senior officers who have experience dealing with international cooperation, TVET policy, programme management, research or administration. The position needs someone who understands how technical and vocational education works and can coordinate with different institutions and partners.
Candidates with experience in international organizations have an added advantage. The recruitment criteria give preference to applicants who have one to three years of relevant international-organization experience. This can include work connected with skills development, international programmes, development cooperation or related institutional coordination.
Applicants should make government-service history clear on the CV. Mention current designation, BPS, department and the main duties handled in senior roles. If your work includes international programmes, donor coordination, policy research or TVET management, place those responsibilities where they can be seen easily.
Director – National Skills Information System
The National Skills Information System role is more technical. It is intended for officers with education in computer science, IT, software engineering, data science, information systems or a closely related field. Additional professional certifications in IT, data management, information systems, cybersecurity or software development can strengthen the profile.
The experience requirement covers information systems, digital and data management, research, programme planning and TVET-related management. Candidates with work in labour-market information systems, digital transformation or skills-development systems receive additional preference.
A suitable CV should explain the type of systems, data projects or digital programmes the candidate has managed. If you have led information-system projects, data platforms, digital transformation, cybersecurity work or large government technology programmes, describe the responsibility and level of involvement clearly.
Who Can Apply?
These vacancies are for regular public or civil servants working in Federal or Provincial Governments, government organizations or autonomous bodies. The applicant should already be working in the same scale or meet the deputation eligibility conditions for the advertised post.
Contract employees, project-based employees and Tenure Track System employees do not fall under the eligible employment category for this deputation recruitment. Candidates should therefore check their current service status before starting the application.
Departmental NOC and Interview
Eligible applicants who are shortlisted will need to produce a departmental NOC at the interview stage. Candidates should keep service information, appointment history and supporting documents organized so they can be produced when required.
Applicants can be disqualified if they do not meet the required qualification, service or experience conditions. It is important to enter BPS history, employment dates and education details accurately in the application.
Work Location and Role Level
Both Director positions are based at NAVTTC Headquarters in Islamabad. These are BPS-19 senior-management posts, so the roles require experience beyond routine technical or administrative work. Applicants should be able to show leadership, coordination and decision-making responsibility through their previous service.
The International Cooperation role is better suited to a senior officer with programme, policy and external-coordination experience. The National Skills Information System role is better suited to a senior officer with technology, systems, data or digital-transformation experience.
How to Apply for NAVTTC Jobs
Candidates applying for NAVTTC Jobs should submit the application online through the government job portal used for deputation recruitment. Select the correct Director position and complete the service, education and experience information carefully.
Keep your current designation, BPS, department, education and professional history ready before starting. Review the form before final submission and make sure the selected position matches your education and service background.

Application Check
Do not apply for both positions only because the BPS is the same. The International Cooperation post needs a management and TVET cooperation profile, while the NSIS post needs a strong IT, information-systems or data background. Choose the role that best matches your senior professional experience.
